Before I met Lori I knew what to do to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but had no strategy to deal with the triggers that caused me to overeat. My physician recommended I seek a coach to help game plan my reactions to situations in advance of being placed in those situations and to help me review what went right and how to correct the things that went wrong. I chose Lori as a coach after interviewing five coach candidates. I believed her attention to the mental aspects of weight gain would best allow me to succeed. In the past I had focused purely on the physical habits of diet and exercise. Lori’s background in psychology brings an added dimension missing in most weight loss plans.
