There are a variety of private programs based on the philosophy of mindful eating; I’ve developed a self-guided program consisting of a book and journal combination and MP3 recordings of my workshops. These great educational materials can be used alone, or combined with private counseling or coaching with me. The contents of this program are perfect for you if you can relate to any of the following:
1. Overeating/mindlessly eating, and then feeling guilty and physically uncomfortable afterward wondering “Why did I do that?”
2. Reaching for food as a way to emotionally cope or deal with stressors, rather than identifying and meeting your true needs in a meaningful and truly nourishing way.

This program was created by a physician, Dr. Michele May. I was personally trained by her and am a licensed facilitator of this curriculum. I am honored to offer this program.
